We are happy to start another D&I Webinars Season! SPE Azerbaijan Section with support of SPE Russia and Caspian Region will host amazing webcast in a talk-show format!

SPE DL 2020-21 Season, our truly beloved Maria Angela Capello will share some insights on Progressing Sustainability with Geosciences.

Geoscientists play a vital role in the energy sector, and their holistic vision of our planet systems and processes offers a special perspective that can accelerate the advancement of sustainability goals. This presentation will share why the pursuit of solutions for great crisis of the humanity, the environment, and the access to energy as a way of improving our well-being at global scale benefits from including geoscientists. The creation of enhanced and inclusive energy transition narratives, the envisioning of collaboration opportunities to diminish hazards, and the formulation of new legislations and guidelines for fostering conservation urgently need the participation of more geoscientists.
