In the framework of the presidential tour in Russia, the 2018 SPE President Darcy Spady attended the workshop, welcomed participants and awarded the best speakers.
The three days technical programme consisted of 25 reports and a round table devoted to the issues of Digital Field Future.
The best speakers that were chosen by the programme committee:
Session 1. Digital field – general vision and experience.  Business processes transformation
  1. Artyom Semenikhin, IBM: Digital field: IBM vision and experience
  2. Aygul Ibatullina, Salym Petroleum Development: Well testing data management
Session 2: Integrated modelling at various stages of the project life cycle (from design to operation)
  1. Vitaly Smyslov, A.Ismagilov, I.Khamitov, A. Kozhemyakin, Zarubezhneft: Engineering support of oil asset forward planning based on integrated model
  2. Anatoly Kozhemyakin, I.Afanasiev, G.Fedorchenko, V.Smyslov, Zarubezhneft: Using of integrated design technologies to manage production assets and evaluate new projects
  3. Mikhail Koloskov, IPCOS: Integrated capacity modelling
Session 3. Data to action. Hardware: measurements and controls.
  1. Nikolay Sarapulov, R.Khabibullin, Gazpromneft STC: Data mining to improve the efficiency of operation of artificial lift
  2. Oleg Nadezhdin, BashNIPIneft: Algorithm development of water-alternated-gas self-regulating injection: case study

“What I was happy to find out is that people are not asleep, people are responding to the digital age, and ESP manufacturers at some software, at some smart things to their devices; there are integrators, who tries to introduce IoT or not to introduce but they are bringing the best ideas from the IoT to our industry. This all means that we are living in a very dynamic environment”. Andrey Gladkov, ModelTech

SPE expresses its gratitude to the programme committee and the delegates.

Special thanks we express to the Workshop General SponsorROXAR
