  • If your paper proposal is accepted it may be published, as submitted, in the conference information media, including the event website.
  • Your abstract may be accepted for presentation either in a technical session or in a knowledge sharing eposter session.
  • If your abstract is accepted you will be required to produce and provide a technical paper (manuscript) in both Russian and English. Providing manuscripts in both languages is obligatory. Please note that paper translated via Google translator or similar programme is not acceptable. All translation expenses to be covered by authors.
  • The manuscripts must be submitted BY 8 JULY 2019. Extension for submission is NOT provided.
  • Failure to submit your manuscripts by the deadline will result in your presentation being withdrawn from the conference programme and the author will not be allowed to present.
  • Please make sure that the conference coordinator has received all the required documents. If you haven’t received any comments or delivery confirmation in a few days after sending the documents, please immediately contact the conference coordinator at Russianoilandgas@spe.org or by the phone +7.495.268.04.54.
  • Your paper can be review by the programme committee members. Their recommendations are obligatory to follow.

  • Manuscripts will be included in the conference proceedings as well as published in the largest electronic library of technical literature for the oil and gas – OnePetro®.
  • Detailed instructions for the manuscript and presentation preparation will be sent to the corresponding author of each accepted paper.

SPE assumes no obligation for expenses incurred by authors for travel, accommodation, food, or other expenses. All participants, including authors and speakers, have to pay the registration fee.
